Statistics Principle: "W-I-D-M"
"weigh-win imaging difference model technology"
- Through put a BMP picture into gried, analyses the coordinates of
each pixel color, also the imaging details between differet gried pixels,
then list out some mathematics algoritm and express functions
(Create template in the initial program).
- Then pick -up data of similar picture and analyze and calculate the data
and, revert the result, color parameters and coordinates of BMP picture
to a virtual "weigh-win" numerical image according to the weigh-win
relationship set in software. We call it "Weigh-Win Image" in short.
The main numerical information contains image frame, color parameters
and color distribution.
- The system will compare the inspection image with template image we
create during programming, it will judge whether inspecting image complies
with the template.
- It inspect the soldering failures and component defects from following
aspect:
size, angle alignement, brithness, color and position relations.
